Horrible place to try and get anything done. Never answer the phone never call you back and then forget your appointments. Giant Pile of garbage this place is!
Not punctual on time and receptionist could be rude.
Saw Kaplan in 2017. He ran into the exam room ... along with his PA. They barely looked at the MRI, ignored the X-ray, and ... offered the fusion. Plus an implantable spine stimulator. Both looked like they were on something. A month later I had a simple laminectomy performed by a different surgeon ... which bought me years of pain relief. The man is scary, I kid you not. Don't do it!
Nobody answers or returns calls. Been waiting on a referral since November 2. It is now mid January
