OK doctor, about 2hr long wait times when you come in on time for appointments , horrible staff/office management. Doc pre-auths paperwork for medications to ins takes weeks to be filed. Good luck getting doctor to re-write/re-fill prescriptions before your next person to person visit (because staff doesn't forward request to doctor and or doctor doesn't check his inbox). Over all, poor experience mainly because of horrible customer service and lack of communication.

I just wish he had explained more to me about my treatment options. He only spent about 5 minutes talking to my husband. Then when my husband finally opened up to Dr. Evans he took a personal phone call right in front of us, We couldn't believe it. I would have never expected him to be that rude. In addition, he either didn't read our information or didn't pay any attention to, even though our information was right in front of him, I kept having to explain and remind him why my husband was there. Horrible..........

It was the worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office. Dr. Evans claimed to be an expert on substance abuse yet new almost nothing about drug addiction. He was condescending and at times rude. He charged 150 dollars for basically 10 minutes of time. I will never see this doctor again. I highly recommend you avoid this doctor.... Worse experience ever! I waited for 3 hours, and in 2 minutes he decided to state that my 5 year old was ADHD and immediately started prescribing medication. He didn't even get a chance to speak to my son and make any type of assessment to give him this diagnosis. My son was sitting down quietly the entire time, he even screamed at my son to put his hands on his lap because he didn't want him ruining the leather on the arms of the chair! Very mediocre doctor and office experience

This doctor doesn't listen to your concerns. All I heard was "ok, ok, yeah, yeah..." for about 5 minutes then it was over. Staff goes missing most of the time. You're in the lobby waiting for hours even though he sees you for about 5-10 minutes and there really isn't many people waiting. I guess the doctor and his staff like to take a lot of brakes in between patients to watch youtube and netflix.

Did this psychiatrist investigate your medical background before recommending a treatment option? Definitely! They did a thorough investigation to make sure I'd get the best treatment

Was lied to by the physician himself about helping with disability at work until I could return. Was prescribed medicine that could potentially damage organs and should have been getting blood work done to test for this. Did not realize until going to new physician. Was eventually treated like a leper after confronting about the assistance that he told me he would assist with.
