I was very disappointed with my aftercare. I called saying my tooth still painful. The receptionist Brenda told me it was normal so I waited. I called again weeks later hoping for help...i was told to wait again. Inflammation takes time to dissipate she said. My dentist would not cap my tooth since i had sensation in it and it broke off before I could have anything done. I paid 900.00 to have a specialist do my root canal because I had a double root. Dr Bergman made my difficult root canal procedure today as easy as possible. I am impressed with his gentle manner and professionalism. He and his staff put me at ease and were more than kind and considerate. I highly recommend his services to everyone. 5 stars!!

The worst endodontist ever!!!! Unfortunately, I needed work on an old root canal while visiting Asheville. He was rude and did not listen at all. His nurses were great but the receptionist seems to want to feed his ego and talk about how great he is instead of discussing appointments and insurance. She was that way on the phone and in person constantly talking about how great he is when her opinion was unsolicited and unwanted.
