I met Dr. Kinkartz for the first time at The Orthopedic Clinic (TOC). He was professional and thorough. Unfortunately, Dr. Kinkartz is leaving TOC, but transferred continuing care to another TOC physician. Best wishes to Dr. Kinkartz as he embarks upon a new position elsewhere.
