Waited an hour past my appointment time. . Was told by the front desk staff that Eye Associates does not offer appointments, only check in times and that the doctor would get to me when he could. I left. Obviously my time isn’t important. Why did I have to get there 15 minutes before my check in time, but the doctor could take his time. It also seems really strange to me that the optometrist was marketing Ozempic.
Professional and efficient. A very good teacher.
Doctor was rushed like he had somewhere else to go. Exam techs were very poor doing the pressure test. I kept backing off when my eyeballs were being hit TOO HARD!
