Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.
