This office mishandled my dental cleaning two times! I made an appointment with Sonya last year and when I arrived, I was told that she is on maternity leave. Nobody bothered to call me earlier. Next time I made an appointment with her five months ahead. Yesterday I called to confirm and was told that I have an appointment with another dental cleaning person. Why??? Nobody bothered to explain. I cancelled my appointment and decided never come back to this office. Such a bad service.
Wonderful experience! Dr. Bivens took wonderful care of my teeth. He was compassionate and made me get my confidence back!!!
I used to go to his practice. Every procedure had to be reworked. His treatment plans always recommended the most costly nonessential procedures.
Dr Bivens and his team took amazing care for my Aunt & Uncle. They were in their 90’s very alert but also a bit contrary and they treated them with such respect. Highly recommend
