Dr. Van Gundy's approach is relaxed, patient and personable. He has always answered all of my questions and gives thorough explanations of medical conditions, risk factors and medications. Excellent overall.
I just called to set up new patient apt..on hold for 21min. (Wow)This doctor not acccepting.but other in office was.doctors maybe very good but their office staff.is very important.....lady was RUDE!!!!hopefully they record phonecalls.an to have that many doctors in one office .they should have more staff to answer phone.il find another primary doc.....
Dr.Vangundy is excellent. I will not go to any other doctor even though my insurance prefers that I do and I have to pay higher copay because he is not in tier. I have been seeing him for years and he always takes his time and listens. Really cares about his patients!
Dr. Vangundy is wonderful! He listens and takes time with his patients. My parents are 76 and 80 years old and have complex medical pictures. He has gotten to know them and helped organize the streamline their medical care. Furthermore, he has clarified their medical needs and worked with referrals and other medical professions effectively. He is quick to follow up with patients. He treats patients will dignity and care.
We have been seeing Dr. VanGundy for over 12 years. He is very thorough, up to date on the latest information, and genuinely cares for his patients. We feel very blessed to have such a great doctor.
Very good doctor. Great peace of mind knowing he is available for my family. Spends appropriate amount of time with you. Very knowledgeable. Can handle a large variety of things himself with out sending you to excessive amounts of specialists. Of course a great doctor is no good with out a great staff to get you in to see him. You always get to talk to a person when calling in. They always get back to you for appointment after consulting Dr. very quickly. Fantastic Doctor and office.
