Call the office talk to a girl they said they would call me back and never did so I called back talk to another gal she took all my information said that she would call me back never did so then I called the manager and left a message with her and they never called me back so I finally just gave up I'll get somebody else
My friend's doctor referred him to Dr Patel and he had a time getting an appointment. The office says they will call and they haven't called him in 9 days. He went to the office and they told him they would call that afternoon. So far, no appointment and no callback.
The only good thing about this office is the support staff of Doctor J. Patel, I just wish that the doctor himself was as caring now as when I first met him back in 2004. His support staff, on the other hand, is very caring, kind, and considerate of the patient. It's thanks to his Team that I have the patience to deal with anything, anyone while slowly getting things downsized, cleaned all without to much worry.
I've been under Dr. Patel care since 2006. For lower chronic lumbar pain & right foot pain I've always I get the best injections. I 10000% recommend Dr. Patel and he's done awesome work for and with me. Love the staff Victoria, Lindsey, Kialya, Michael , Roman & front office ladies. Always kind patience and smiling. I'm a life long patient with Dr. Patel. He's smart, kind, caring, thoughtful and funny too.
