Wish I could give 0 star but there’s no option. The worst experience so far. Receptionist is very rude. They keep putting you on hold and hang up the phone. No empathy with the patients. I don’t know if they understand the gravity of the situation. What if it was your family member on the other side suffering and the other side doesn’t coordinate with you. A little kindness and empathy won’t harm anyone.
Very bad experience and this is the first time happen with me.I booked an appointment for 9:40 am and the receptionist said our opening time is 9:30 am.I reached there at 9:10 am from Orangeville to Brampton.I wait outside till 10:15am ,But clinic was not opened. My dad and I are dr Baath clients and when covid started, I kept calling for regular check up and they kept saying sorry next time. We called again after a while and they said the same thing over and over again. One time we called after another 3 months and they said our file is closed. We can't even change family doctor because he has our file closed. During times like this doctors should be even more helpful, but with this situation dr Baath is clearly not.
We go to Dr. Vanvat,Great service and very less waiting time.Doctor always take time to listen and help us best possible ways.
