I had a Desarda Hernia Repair in November, 2016. I read so much misleading info online about pain following the surgery, and that wasn't what i experienced at all. Dr Kaufman will examine you, and will honestly recommend Desarda for you according to your case. He will also recommend an absorbable mesh if the damaged muscles tissues are not strong enough to hold the Desarda stitches. Based on my surgery outcome, and my experience with Dr Kaufman and all his staff, I highly recommend his practice.
I had surgery performed by Dr. Kaufman on 5 hernias at one time. He was extremely knowledgeable, skilled and extremely personable, taking the time to answer any questions I had. My recovery has been most successful and quick compared to the stories I have heard from other people who have undergone hernia surgery. I consider Dr. Kaufman to be a Top Doc, and I highly recommend him to anyone.
ON JULY 21, 2016, I HAD A INGUINAL HERNIA REPAIRED BY LAPATOSCOPIC SURGERY WITH OUTSTANDING RESULTS. DR KAUFMAN AND HIS STAFF AT CAMIS SURGERY CENTER IN EATONTOWN WERE ALL EXCELLENT AND MADE YOU FELL AT EASE FOR THE PROCEDURE.
I had inguinal surgery and no mesh (desarda) I feel great e did a great job and I has back to work very fast I very happy
I have a hernia for six years and it would not heal so I am seeking a doctor to do Desarda surgery. I do not want mesh in me and there are very few doctors in USA that do Desarda. Because I'm deaf, this doctor and his staff refuse to communicate with me in email whatever care I need such as setting up dates for consultant, surgery, etc. He no longer takes me as his patient. He's an uncaring doctor who has no sympathy for people with disabilities. This doctor has no heart.
After having extremely painful traditional surgery for this problem 12 years ago I dreaded having to go through it again. The doctor used a simple, painless technique that required three short office visits. He explained the procedure before proceeding and I was amazed at the results. He is an exception doctor with an excellent manner. I am glad I found him.
Dr. Kaufman is an outstanding, professional and caring Doctor. His staff is also excellent. Every time I have gone he, and his assistant, Michelle have made me very comfortable and explained each procedure in detail. I would highly recommend Doctor Kaufman to anyone.
Dr Kaufman helped my family during an emergency. He was so professional and also caring He made a difficult situation into a very informative and easier decision. He was able to talk to me in Doctor terms that I could understand.
