Unfortunately, I just read another review. That’s exactly like my experience Dr. Zotz is awesome! However, the billing department is wildly incompetent, rude, and unpleasant. If you are patient here, please triple check your bills!! Also, if you do find an error be prepared to fight with them for 10+ months. It’s really disappointing that a kind and passionate doctor has a staff that would lead people to seek care elsewhere. Wouldn’t return or recommend
The staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease. Dr zots is amazing...very thorough and professional. He doesn't rush you during appointment and explains all the procedures in detail so you understand. I had suffered several miscarriages before I come to him and he helped me now I have a beautiful little boy. I also met Rachel and she's an amazing doctor too. Through my pregnancy period and delivery I had alot of axiety because of my previous experiences but they were very helpful and they made my journey much better. ... read more
Dr. Zotz is awesome. The insurance/billing department is extremely rude though. Definitely don’t recommend them for that reason. It’s extremely hard being a pregnant patient dealing with unhelpful and very rude staff when it comes to billing that is out of your control.
