The docs were good, friendly and efficient, but the front office staff was rude and non-responsive. Has a "good ol boy" feeling as office staff carried on a personal conversation with a customer while I waited to be helped. Another receptionist seemed put out to have to pull my chart to verify my prescription, then told me that the lenses I received matched my prescription.
