Annual visit. March 2025 I am sorry I didn’t pay enough attention to the doctor’s name, but the doctor was about my age who was very gentle, caring, thoroughly examined my eyes and answered all my concerns. Staffs were very helpful as always! I am very happy with my visit!! Dr. Collins was very pleasant, kind and friendly. I felt eased after my eye exam that everything is okay. Dr. Benjamin Collins was thorough in his eye exam. He did do the work I give him that much. But he is kind of a stick in the mud. Even came off a little bit snobby. I asked him a question he didn't even answer it. He acted as though it wasn't important. And continued to work which I understand. I'm happy he did the service as I feel like the glasses that he got for me are going to be good. But he needs to work on his bedside manners. Maybe lighten up a little bit.
