Dr. Dye and the team are terrific. The office appointments have been on time every single time. Dr. Dye explains the procedures and, in my opinion, performs really good work!
The office staff is really uncooperative. When asked to reschedule an appt. they basically said to take what they offered as the Doctor was busy and they had both doctors in Hutchinson on the same day. I went back to my dentist and asked for a different referral. Just because you are in West Wichita, you are not the god of Oral Surgery.
The wisdom tooth extraction went well, however, because the insurance person failed to properly do their job we have to pay out of pocket. The office got one of the two procedure covered 100% thru the insurance but when the doctor went to do the extration surgery he did a different procedure... One the insurance didn't authorize. So we are now stuck with the bill. So I urge you to have them get prior authoriztion for all the procedures the doctor could possibly do.

Saw Dr Dye for removal of a tooth. Was asked twice What pharmacy I preferred for pain medication. After tooth was removed they never sent prescription to the pharmacy. Very unprofessional
