Dr. Smith’s disposition is patient and caring… He did a dual procedure for me. Almost immediately, the results were beyond my expectations.
He explained very well what he was preparing to do in great detail and why and what it was. He scheduled me the same day to take care of my problem. He was available 24 hours a day after my procedure. The office staff is very nice and personable as well. I would highly recommend their office. Thank you, Dr. Smith and staff.
He explained everything to where I could understand what was going to happen. Got me in within 3weeks of my first visit for surgery. Totally professional. Excellent work had two different types of hernias done all at once and it’s been a week today and I’m going back to work Monday. Totally confident he done his job above expectations for sure 5stars

Dr. Smith is very professional and took his time explaining what he was going to do and how long it would take. He was very thorough and visited me in the hospital each day I was there. Michelle and Dr. Smith were very helpful in finding other surgeons to assist in my case.
Dr.Smith , Michelle and his staff were fantastic and helpful. The ER was going to likely let me go because they assumed I just had a small intestine blockage that had started to let go. Dr Smith took it upon himself to look at imagining and suggest immediate exploratory surgery to address some concerns he believed were there. I agreed and he discovered I had 6 inches of intestine that had died from lack of blood flow or Intussusception. I have used Dr Smith as my surgeon twice. The first time was to have my Gallbladder removed. This latest time was for a large Hiatal Hernia. He is one of the most compassionate doctors I have met in years. He cared about my health and the positive outcome of my surgery. I am overweight and Dr Smith advised a diet to help shrink my liver. My primary Dr Stokes referred me to Dr Jared B Smith, MD General Surgeon for my hernia. Previous to Dr Smith, other surgeons would tell me to lose a lot of weight but not how much weight. Dr Smith took my measurements and asked me about my activity. Dr Smith gave me a weight goal (lose 40 lbs); he suggested additional easy exercise; and provided a simple but nutritional diet plan.
