All the workers in this office are the worst. None of them believe in customer service. I was left on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. After calling back 6 times and still no answer, I gave up. I decided to give it some time and called back. The person who answered stated he was the “lead” I asked him for his supervisor and he said I would have to wait cause she was no available or l/m and wait till she called me back.
