All of the doctors at this practice have been great. They get you in and out with the correct diagnosis. They don't make you feel like you are wasting their time or they are in a hurry. The only problem I have is the way they bill the appointments. My two kids usually see the doctor at the same time but of course need separate visits. Which is normal practice. But when I look over the insurance EOBs, they are being billed at two different rates to make the appointment equal an hour. The EOBs vary on which kid is being billed... read more
My granddaughter has been Dr Doan patient since she was born. Mariah is going to be 10 in Nov. she loves her “Dr. Janie”. She is very comfortable with her. We can always call and get an appt as needed and she will listen to all our concerns etc.. even on healthy visits your questions will be answered. There is very minimal wait time as the appointments are not double booked. Dr Doan does not order medication in excess.
