Today was my first trip to the dentist in close to 10 years. All my previous trips, I needed to be fully sedated. I thought I was just going for x-rays and leave.... apparently my plans changed. When I arrived, I was told they would do a complete check-up! Well my anxiety went through the roof! I was ready to just leave. Dr. Janice, Dr. Tim and All the staff members are Amazing and Skilled Professionals! I and all my family are patients for long time. They are not just Great in all the Procedures and Treatments, but Fantastic After cares. They DO care their patients individually. Even the complicated treatment, they take their time and process step by step very gently and professionally. I feel always very comfortable. Highly recommended!!
Dr. Janice Sayson has been our child's dentist from the very beginning. We appreciate her patience and how she takes the time to build rapport before doing the actual checkup. We never feel rushed or pushed to do anything beyond comfort. Tracy the dental hygienist is also phenomenal. So good with kids and explains everything, shows all the tools before proceeding to alleviate any anxiety. Because of the wonderful team here our child never fears going to the dentist! Highly recommend!
