Once I finally got to actually seeing someone things went quite well. I was told my appointment was 11:20 at almost 12:00 I asked when I would be called back. They said my appointment was 11:30.
Dr Pierce was professional but friendly. She patiently answered my questions. The first tech I saw before Dr Pierce was Alex, who was also great, and deserves credit for the positive experience of my appointment.
