I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The staff was professional, the clinic was very clean, and the dentist was extremely gentle and caring throughout the appointment. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
I've seen Janice a few times now - it's obvious she has world-class expertise. We did quite a few scans, but all her predictions from my initial visit (before the scans) were accurate anyway. She didn't need them. That's a true expert. Special shout to their assistant Nicole. She was absolutely phenomenal today. The receptionist literally said I don't have time to check if you're covered right now, go call insurance and figure out yourself. I'm surprised. They charge close to 200 an hour and you're still doing all the work, wow! My other dental office checks for estimates, is very transparent on what's covered and what's not, and books me instantly. I have tried contacting this office by their message box located on the “contact us” section of their website with no returned message, I called in to their office and was told to send an email instead of calling in, I then sent an email a week ago and to my surprise still no reply from this office. I’ve only heard good things and was shocked to see this is how hard it is to acquire services from this clinic.
