I see a lot of positive reviews, so maybe I caught Dr. Tam on a really bad day because she was really short with me, did not greet me and did not smile at all. I also heard her scream at her assistant because I asked an additional question. She was the first ortho I went to for a consultation due to a recommendation by my dentist and I was afraid that all other orthos were like her, but thankfully that is not the case. Dr. Tam was recommended to me by my dentist who sent his own children to her. Dr. Tam is a very caring and careful orthodontist. She is a perfectionist which is an important quality for an orthodontist. Her office runs like clockwork and I have never been kept waiting for an appointment.
