Tried to make an appointment for a new patient. Because of past experiences with dental offices, Pam was made aware that she would need to call, not go online, to verify that the insurance is active. Multiple times, Pam was asked if she wanted the number. Finally, she agreed to take it. Emma called today; she could not verify online that our insurance was active and stated there was no number recorded on the notes from Pam.
Dr.Gillette and Rikki are amazing! Anytime she’s done fillings or any dental work it’s been such a pleasant experience. I was so nervous to get my first crown, but the team went above and beyond. They were so efficient and did such a quality crown! It’s been a few years and my crown looks and feels better than my natural teeth 😅 I’d recommended Dr.G and this office to anyone in Colorado Springs. Thanks team for being amazing 😊
Dr. Janica is AMAZING! I made the drive to Fountain for a couple of years and when I found out she was opening her own office in the Springs, I was very happy for her!
