RUN! I was hacked by her in 2013 when she worked in Dr. Halliday office in Syracuse NY. My report can be read on ripoffreport- Dr. Halliday. She hacked me so bad I had an implant rolling into my arm pit, the other bottoming out. The arm pit one was laying on my inter coastal nerve creating pain and numbness worse than child birth.
