You just don't get a warm and fuzzy feeling at this office. Nurse don't seem to care. Different nurse every visit. Doctor tells you one thing and if you question a nurse about it, you are told something completely different.

In the past I thought she was very attentive and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being, but in my most recent visit, not so much. I was there for an annual physical and had an issue I wanted to ask her about, but she never asked me about any concerns I was having, and the visit was over before I even knew she was not coming back in. I was told I was getting a pneumonia vaccine shot, but was sent to the desk to check out before I ever got it. Sadly, this visit was disappointing. I guess if my condition continues to b... read more

I went in for a wellness/annual physical. I did have one topic of concern as something had been bothering me. I explained it to Dr. Kelly but she did not seem to acknowledge my chief complaint. I topic of concern she did not even look at. Told me to try some medication for two weeks and then let her know. I feel like this is a way to get me back in the office, which will cost more time off work and money for co pays. If my chief complaint would have been acknowledged while there, it would not have been a problem. I was told ... read more

Dr. Kelley has been my primary care physician for approximately one year. I am very pleased with the health care I’ve received from her. Her listening skills are very good as well.

Dr Kelley is fine but not the same attention I received from last two physicians there. I do not care for Dr. Kelley’s nurse. She might be hurting her ratings.

Dr. Kelley was completely thorough with me about the meds I’m taking and to watch out for any new reverse symptoms with my new one. She also went over my labs with me and was a little worried about a couple of them so she had me redo those labs. I like Dr. Kelley and I recommend her to all my friends and family.

Dr. Kelley was very nice and compassionate. She took her time during my first visit.

Her office staff needs replacing, their computer system is the fault with each issue. There is a lack of communication between everyone involved and the patient is the least important in the entire cycle of this mess. This is the frustration of my father. (11-30 is his # of visits below)
