She's polite, attentive, explains in detail the plan care and is prompt on sending referrals, prescriptions, compassionate disposition.
Dr kelley had been my PCP For 20 yrs. She is very thorough. She answers all My questions. She kind, compassionate & also has a sense of humor. Wish all my drs good as dr Kelley.
You just don't get a warm and fuzzy feeling at this office. Nurse don't seem to care. Different nurse every visit. Doctor tells you one thing and if you question a nurse about it, you are told something completely different.
In the past I thought she was very attentive and seemed genuinely concerned about my well being, but in my most recent visit, not so much. I was there for an annual physical and had an issue I wanted to ask her about, but she never asked me about any concerns I was having, and the visit was over before I even knew she was not coming back in. Excellent doctor. She listens and answers questions.
I went in for a wellness/annual physical. I did have one topic of concern as something had been bothering me. I explained it to Dr. Kelly but she did not seem to acknowledge my chief complaint. I topic of concern she did not even look at. Told me to try some medication for two weeks and then let her know. I feel like this is a way to get me back in the office, which will cost more time off work and money for co pays.
