Dr. Smith is very professional and personable. Since she is a professor, she allowed the resident to examine me first. The resident carefully listened to my issues with itching, and then Dr. Smith stepped in to explain the treatment plan she would be using in detail. The medicine prescribed by Dr. Smith has helped reduce my itching significantly. Dr. Smith and the staff are friendly and professional, and I was very happy with the care I received from Dr. Smith and the staff. Thank you.
Dr. Janellen Smith is exceptional. She is highly regarded in her field and is an absolute pleasure to interact with. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a dermatologist (learned a lot!). There was also a resident and visiting physician from Thailand. I fully support UCI and the training/educational environment.
