Dr. Harting explains treatments very well. She is concerned and caring. I have been seeing her for many years and trust her implicitly.
Repeated issues of prescriptions not being refilled. Staff disrespectful. Harrassed for not agreeing to flu & covid jabs. Leaving them as patient after more than 5 years. Fed up.
She is very understanding and listens. Doesn't ever try to rush you in and out.
In a recent family crisis with my father, a 95 year old man, Dr. Harting met with me and other family members in the hospital to discuss my father's situation. I found the doctor incredibly focused and genuine in her discussions. As a caregiver for the past 6 years, I have met with multiple medical specialists and I have found none better that Dr. Harting in their ability to communicate with full transparency and demonstrate concern for a patient and family. Dr. Harting is the best in the west... I was assigned her 5 yrs. ago while admitted to St. Joe Via Christi for s.o.b. Couldn’t have asked for a better Dr..... Love her... As I said she is the best..... if you need a pulmonologist seek her out ... you will not be disappointed..!!
I have a serious lung disease and have seen many pulmonary doctors over the years. You'd be hard pressed to find one as smart, committed and that CARES like Dr Harting. I can't say this about any other Dr at this point but I would trust her with my life.
Told me I was killing my husband and dogs. Then waited 2 weeks for a prescription. Only got one of 2. Now 6 months later and still no script for other one! Can't make a follow up appt. because all I ever get is voicemail. I want to talk to a receptionist! There were 2 there when I was there for my appt. So WTH? Very unprofessional!
She was our last hope. I now wished we had seen her years ago. My mother has had a hard time breathing for quit a few years. We were told that the inhaler she was on was for rescue not to help each day. She put her on a new inhaler and within 3 days she wasn't coughing and was so much easier to breath.
