I have not found her to be curt or rushed. When dealing with skin cancer, she has been direct, and straight forward in her approach and her bedside manner. 5 stars from me! Also, easy to talk to!
I visited Dr. Jane for rosacea treatment, hoping to get answers to several questions I had carefully prepared. I even brought all the medications I was currently using to provide her with a complete picture. However, when I started asking my questions, she repeatedly interrupted me, dismissing my concerns without addressing them. She curt and rushed. Couldn’t ask questions. The office doesn’t answer phones. Tried three days couldn’t get them.
Upon our first meeting, and within the first 3 minutes of her entering the room, she held her palm up to me, 3 inches in front of my face, to stop me from speaking! Never have I seen a ruder doctor. I'll never see her again. She needs patient encounter therapy to learn how to speak to other humans. Totally incompetent, disrespectful, terrible doctor.
