I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
I don't have insurance and checking around town they were easily the cheapest, but what they lack in price doesn't translate to care. The staff and physicians are absolutely incredible. Looking at the reviews on other sites do NOT tell the story for this office. FANTASTIC!!
