Unfortunately, from day one I’ve had nothing but disrespect from Dr. Janake S. and her receptionist. The very first time I tried to book an appointment, they couldn’t get it right. I called and called with no response. When I finally did get an appointment and showed up, they told me I didn’t have one. Sigh. I have humbly and fortunately have been privileged too recive,guidance ,support and care form Dr.Sigham and her staff, for multiple years now. I too have experienced, the concernes mentioned so flatly. Yes ive experience small set backs. May suggest, focusing on the overwhelming number of souls Dr.Sigham faithfully deals with. Recall, how long it took too attain, and how few specialists in our province.. This beautiful person I imagin has hundreds of us,all in different severity stages. Did not show up for our scheduled appointment, did not send any details or confirmation. Tried to tell me that I was wrong and that they attempted to contact me but have not received any contact from their office at all; phone, email, or text. I then found out that they rescheduled my appointment without telling me or sending any notification and I had to hear that from my own doctors office after I called them. Extremely disrespectful conduct.
She gives her appointment after one year till then the patient will gonna die. And she never followup and she don't care for her patients at all. She don't suggested me any medicines nor any test. She didn't treated me
