Disgusting!!!! Spilled drinks & French Fries on the floor of the exam room we waited in for 45 mins before the Dr came in, at least she claimed to be a Dr. She came in dressed like a 6 yr old in skin tight leopard pants. We came in reporting hives when the skin comes in direct contact w/ cold things like cold pools, cold winds & cold water bottles resting on her arm. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They could've used quite a few more staff members. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here.
