Dr. Hanney and Ken run an old fashioned business. They only accept cash or cheque, which means that no matter what, you have to go to the shop. Initially I felt annoyed by it, but the service I received was so great, I quickly grew to appreciate the friendly, calm, and straightforward style of service. Professional, Knowledgable and Straight up. I was given the price on the phone and was informed that it was cash or cheque only (which makes me so happy because NO ONE accepts cash anymore!) Plus it was an even price for the appointment ($65) . They were very pleasant to deal with and were able to make me an appointment and get me in right away. unpleasant, unprofessional. I came on time,Dr. Haney left on the middle of my consultation& attended with the other late patient, without asking if its ok with me. Secretary has no Idea about insurance and even asked me to phone my insurance, other clinic would do it to save you the hassle, they only accept cash or cheque, which again is a discomfort for the client. secretary brags they have the best treatment in winnipeg, NO ULTRASOUND, NO LASER , dr said only orthotics is the answer.
