I had a fabulous experience at Dr. Jan Eye Care yesterday. Less than two minutes after getting my eyes examined and photographed by some high tech machines, I was brought into the examination room to talk to the optometrist. He was patient with all the questions I asked him and am completely satisfied with my experience.
Everything was great. Easy to make an appt for an exam online, staff friendly and efficient. 👏👏👏
I didn't understand what people said about the pricing at Costco is better then regular glasses outlets but wow. I normal pay with insurance around $1200 for two pair of glasses. I paid under $400 for 2 pairs of glasses and 1 sunglasses all with each lens getting the works with blue light and glare protection, etc. Not to mention the ability to get a quick and efficient eye screening with Great customer service as a cherry on top. 10/10 Costco might just be my full-time home for all my glasses needs.

I had a good experience. The front desk persons were friendly and professional. The highpoint of my visit was with Dr. A. She had excellent client engagement, her smile, tone, questions, and understanding of my eyes situation was remarkable. I will recommend Dr. Jan's eye center
