Very nice and professional endodontist . She explained everything very well.
If I could give 0 stars I would. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will be reaching out to the Dental Board of California, and the Better Business Bureau about her. Her overall demeanor is unpleasant and has no customer service skills. Talks down to clients who she is suppose to help. I do not trust her working on anyone with the attitude she has.
Great experience with dr Tran. Got multiple root canals done by her throughout the years and still coming back
She was very very rude. Keeps asking same questions, didn’t treat my son. Lacks basic communication skills.
