There is no better Pediatricians out there than Dr. Hug. She treats my children like her own, and they love to see her. She makes sure that all of our questions are answered, and that we know we can always call her office if we need anything. She always puts our minds at ease and makes us feel so comfortable, and we have learned so much from her! We are never going anywhere else, we love her! BEST DR. EVER!
We've been in Dr. Hug's care since we moved here 8 years ago. This doctor is exceptional! Her compassion and care has inspired my now 16 year old to pursue medicine in pediatrics. Thank you Dr.Hug for all that you do!
WE LOVE LOVE LOVE DR. HUG SOOOOOOOO MUCH! She puts my son and daughter at ease every time they come into the office, and she makes sure to take the time to answer all of our questions and she makes us feel welcomed, heard, and cared for. Her compassion and professionalism is unparalleled, and that is why all of our friends bring their kids to see her. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you for taking such good care of our kids :)
Twice we have scheduled appointments with Dr Hug only to get a voicemail from them to cancel the appointment. No big deal right? Apparently when they do that, if you do not call them back and confirm they are canceling it that counts as a no show. Got a letter today saying they have dropped my daughter as a patient for 3 no call no shows. Called them to ask why, they said because we didn't call to confirm they are canceling our appointment that counts as a no call no show. What kind of policy is that?! Dr Hug is the best. She’s very knowledgeable, personable and great bedside manner. Dr. Hug has been my granddaughter’s doctor since birth and she’s 5 years old now. My granddaughter absolutely loves Dr Hug. Plus can’t go wrong with a doctor whose name is hug. 😊
