I have the worst experience with the office staff after surgery. My pharmacy and I kept calling the doctors office to have them resend the prescription(pain medicine ) without any luck. I talked to some woman name Kristina and she was very rude on phone showed no interest in trying to help. I don’t think she would have acted the same if her dad was in my situation. Best doctor worst staff.
Dr James Wong was lacks compassion his carelessness caused my mother her life and we are let with a great loss and every day horror that this so called. Dr James Wong has caused this injury and death to my mother and great loss ti us by not respecting his oath to do no harm and taking my mothers life in stead of God Please do not ever be a victim to this so called doctor
