I have know Brian Hansen (one of the 5 star reviewers) since late 2019 and can, with 100% certainty, say that he was lying because he doesn’t have any actual children. Only his fur babies, one of which is in his profile picture. Just want everyone to have the facts when considering Dr. Verbsky.
Was arrogant and condescending. Told us that he didn't think he would find anything wrong with my daughter. Dismissed my concerns and her pain. Told us that teens have pain and sleep a lot. If we need to continue with care we will not be going back to him. We hate Children's Hospital and are looking into other options for her care because we have had nothing but issues with doctors and billing at the Hospital.
If I could give Dr. Verbsky a ZERO rating, I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD to this doctor. He may be book smart and well educated and knowledgeable, good for him... but his behavior, and lack of communication, is outright unacceptable. My son saw him one time and will never see him again. I took my son to him after his previous rheumatologist retired in hopes of building a relationship and getting some insight and direction from him regarding my son's diagnosis. Took our son there after seeing other specialists. He was the first Dr to properly diagnose our issues. He was amazing. My son is doing great. Thank you! Highly recommended.
We’ve gone to Dr. Verbsky for 15 years. I read reviews about him and can say I’ve never felt he was condescending or rude to us. He’s dry and factual in his remarks. He’s been a good doctor and he’s always been a good listener.
