Disappointing. I tried to get an actual evaluation and initial consultation. The most assuming doctor I've ever met. He wouldn't even look at my soar throat because my suspected condition "doesn't exist anymore". A few days later I had to go see a real doctor to get proper treatment and better long term medication.
The nursing staff was basically rude and unfriendly. My visit with Dr Levine was rushed and he didnt take the time to listen and address my concerns. I was able to find another doctor and am very satisfied now.
Rude and very unhelpful staff. I tried for 10 WEEKS to get an appt. No return calls and the Dr refused to see me. I had extensive notes and labwork proving I have RA, but I was brushed off over and over again. I'm looking for a new Dr. What a waste of time & energy that I didn't have to begin with. ZERO STARS.
