Terrible experience today. As a mom I feel like a total failure for putting my child in their care. The nurse treated me like I was an idiot because I ask a question about the procedure, yelled at my daughter while pushing her out to the car, swung my car door open and hit the vehicle next to me, yelled at that driver and then literally threw my child in the car with a prescription without telling what it was for or how to use it. Definitely will never use this oral surgeon again. I had an appointment to get 3 teeth extracted, I was supposed to be completely asleep to get this done as I have severe anxiety when it comes to any sort of dental work. Not only did he pull the wrong tooth, I was completely awake the entire time and knew exactly what was going on after paying over $500 to be under anesthesia. Poor bedside manner. He complained about having to be in the office so early before even speaking to me.
