Would give zero if possible. Zero professionalism. Claimed both my husband and I were borderline for glaucoma for years, needing us to be tested frequently. Realizing our newest pairs of glasses weren't really helping us, we went to other Drs. New Dr saw I had put high pressure on my paperwork, he asked if 'Dr. Volk' was the one that diagnosed me. Zero stars. The entire staff including the "doctor" is miserable. They hate their jobs and they hate you for walking through their door. Go somewhere else. How is this guy still in business?
