Dr. Volk is extremely rude and unprofessional. Yelled at my 8 year old disabled daughter multiple times. Screaming “Just read the letter!!!” He is extremely impatient and unprofessional.
Super rude doctor. Told my spouse to go to the front and "get a number". They asked "why are you telling me to do this?". He said it's for an ophthalmologist. They said "can you tell what's going on that you think I need an ophthalmologist?". He said "no.". They said "you need to tell your patients what's going on with them." He then asked my family to leave before the rest of us got exams. The staff is nice bur expects you to yell your medical history and insurance information across an office full of people.
