Good Dr. My glasses were a great improvement over past exams with other Drs.
This is Dr Volk’s reply. Thousands of patients are seen each year in my four locations and there are only a few complaints which are offset by excellent reviews. The quality of care is excellent. I treat glaucoma, ocular infections, pre and post operative cataract care, glasses and contacts, diabetic dilated exams with follow up report to your physician, etc. There are two sides to every negative comment. I have practiced in the Ohio river valley for 33 years. You will be well taken care of
My husband and I went to see Dr. Volk for our first appointment. We found him to be a very reserved and professional doctor. He was not rude nor was his office staff as I saw in other reviews.. the office is a bit small and a little out dated but it was clean and the girls have a system getting the patients in and out efficiently.
