Deeply appreciated this practice‘s front office. They responded quickly to voicemail, were able to provide an appointment quickly and handled intake/insurance efficiently. Dr. Wang was attentive and sincere.

Horrible customer service cannot get through By phone. Have called both of his office says four weeks with no answer at either one. I had to cancel an appointment was unable to do so. I’m trying to get my biopsy results. No one answers the phone, and there’s no voicemail available.
