No one ever calls me back!
I called for a follow up appointment after a trip to the ER with pneumonia. Unknowingly I had a $50 out standing bill. Instead of making my appointment then sending me to billing they sent me straight to billing where I gladly took care of the the bill. (Would have taken care of it long ago had they notified me of the issue) But I never could get the lady back on the the phone to make my appointment. Done with Dr. Krothapolli !!!
Greatest internist of all time!!!
The office is a little dated, but what isn't in Montgomery...Dr. McLaughlin was personable, thorough, open to my suggestions and addressed my concerns. Throwback to the "good old days" when you could trust that your doctor was focused on your care. Highly recommend.
