I have had a lot of dental work in the past, and tried two practices since moving here from Florida. I have never had such a great experience from the front desk, assistant Melissa and Dr. Alterman. Really heard my concerns and started me on a treatment plan that day. And the most pleasant cleaning I’ve had, painless numbing. 100% confident and comfortable in that chair for once, I now can look forward to dental work. Thank you all, 10/10 recommend.
Amazing! If you don't like going to the dentist, this is the place for you. The staff is very personable, and you quickly feel like you're a part of their family. If you're embarrassed about the condition of your teeth, you won't be here. I can't explain it, but everyone was so friendly and compassionate that embarrassment wasn't even a thought. I have had such good experiences at this office, Dr. Alterman and Dr. Fetsch are as good as they come! I had a crown done years ago at a previous dental office with a different provider and had constant sensitivity to that tooth. At the risk of sounding dramatic, my experience at that previous office was traumatizing. I was in and out of that office for months after getting the crown, unable to eat anything on that side of my mouth (they made me feel like I was crazy and said nothing was wrong with the crown).
