My experience with Dr. Sterner has been excellent! The injection staff at the Lee's Summit needs some more education on giving injections. On more than 1 occasion I've received injections directly & deeply into the muscle and have experience severe nerve pain!!! This has to stop!!
Horrible doctor. Would not recommend at all.
Dr Sterner works efficiently and tells you exactly whats going on. I appreciate his directness and speed in getting through appointments.

Terrible bedside manner. Didn't even address my child by name. Would not recommend to anyone—especially the pediatric population.
Did not treat my child well at all. Would not go back ever.
Refused to acknowledge infusions may have played a roll in secondary diagnosis. Went to see him about rash after infusion with intense itching. He refused to even look at rash. Ended up hospitalized by another Dr. and diagnosed erythrodermic psoriasis. Was very ill. He showed absolutely no concern. Just interested in denial.
Horrible doctor and terrible experience. Would not recommend.
