I cannot say enough positive words . From the first time I walked into the office, I was greeted by Heather. I then met Dr Shaw who explained the procedure. Two weeks later, I had the procedure and it went well. Dr Shaw and his staff are excellent and I would recommend him.
Dr Shaw and Heather are absolutely amazing to work with. They walked me through the entire process, took time to make recommendations that would be best for my build and ensure I was pleased with the results. Both Dr Shaw and Heather have a warm and engaging personality, making every interaction enjoyable. I absolutely recommend Dr Shaw!!

This is my second procedure with Dr Shaw. The 1st was a mammoplasty in 2001 and then this year liposuction of arms and abdomen. I was 100 % satisfied with the office staff, nursing and Dr Shaw.
The nurse Angela is amazing and so is the receptionist. Been going to Dr. Shaw for a while. Had a procedure scheduled and put my 10 percent down. Three weeks before the procedure I tore my rotator cuff muscles again and told Shaw's office right away so they could fill my space. He wouldn't give me my 10% back even though it was something out of my control as I have to have surgery on my rotator cuff the same time I was supposed to have one with him.
