Dr Shaw and Heather we're so very helpful understanding and caring at my appointment today I left their feeling so good about some problems I've been having Dr Shaw is just so patient
This is my second procedure with Dr Shaw. The 1st was a mammoplasty in 2001 and then this year liposuction of arms and abdomen. I was 100 % satisfied with the office staff, nursing and Dr Shaw.
The nurse Angela is amazing and so is the receptionist. Been going to Dr. Shaw for a while. Had a procedure scheduled and put my 10 percent down. Three weeks before the procedure I tore my rotator cuff muscles again and told Shaw's office right away so they could fill my space. He wouldn't give me my 10% back even though it was something out of my control as I have to have surgery on my rotator cuff the same time I was supposed to have one with him. BEST EVER!! I highly recommend Dr. James Shaw for several reasons. Dr. Shaw has been extremely pleasant and highly knowledgeable to consult with concerning cosmetic plastic surgery and procedures. Dr. Shaw truly listens to my needs and exceeds my expectations, while being very patient to answer all my questions. I have had several outpatient plastic surgeries that have all turned out amazing!
