I have been a patient of Dr. Seeley for awhile. Dr. Seeley is a great doctor and very thorough and spends a lot of time with you. This was my first year to be on Medicare and first doctor visit. I arrived at the office 30 minutes before my time to be seen and brought my Medicare card for my change in insurance. I was not aware that I should have a card for the Advantage Supplemental Insurance because I never received one. I honestly can't say enough great things about this office and team. Alicia at the front office was pleasant, prompt and professional. She kindly assisted with any questions I had and still took the time to ensure that everyone in the lobby was taken care of. Bonnie was amazing, welcoming and put me at ease because I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect. She lightened the mood with friendly conversation and took her time informing me about what to expect so that there were no surprises, which I greatly appreciate. D... read more
