I did a bunch of research on dentists in the Phoenix area and landed on Dr. Trichak based on all the reviews I found on Google/Reddit/etc. I drove all the way from Buckeye for my appointments, and it was worth it. It had been 20+ years since my last dentist appointment, but nobody at the office treated me like a degenerate. Great doctor and clinic staff. The Receptionist was not that kind or sweet and was very dismissive with me about scheduling. I had an issue with paying for a x-ray as I didn't know if it would be covered and I'm a fixed income; she told it was" $21 which is cheaper than an $800 root canal." She kept repeating this to me after I kept tell her that I don't know if I could afford it. Great service with everyone at this practice. Fast in and out service with all questions answered. I accidentally double paid, and within minutes of notifying them, the payment was reversed! Best dentist and office staff, I could not rate any higher!

Honestly the best dentist I’ve ever been to, I highly recommend! I came in today 5 minutes late for an appointment. After a really hard week I just became super emotional in the office. I have bad dental anxiety and I think I just got a bit anxious. I asked if I could just reschedule my appointment and pay the cancellation fee, but the lady at the front desk talked to me and convinced me to keep my appointment and helped soothe my anxiety. Great experience on my first visit. The front desk, hygienist and dentist all had a sense of humor which I appreciate. I came in for a second opinion because I was quoted $2500 worth of work from one dentist and they were unwilling to provide the fillings without performing an expensive deep cleaning. That place left a bad taste in my mouth. Dr. Trichak found no need for ANY fillings but the last dentist said I'd need 9! There's a huge difference between a corporate dentistry and private practice.
