Called during a dental emergency. Couldn't even return a call. Will take my money and time somewhere else.
Everyone in the office is fantastic. Dr. Snow is awesome.
Absolutely bar none without a doubt, the best dentist in New Castle. For many years, I made the hour commute just to see Jimmy because he's one of the few practitioners I trust. If you're in the area and want a kind, brilliant, funny dentist, this is your fellow.
Dr. Snow is beyond amazing! I had a really bad tooth infection, I called his after hours phone number on a Sunday, he called me back about an hour later and he told me what I needed to do and he had me in the office the next morning at 9:00am and pulled my tooth, very quick and easy to work with as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs emergency help right away with tooth pain or even a general cleaning!
He took time out of his Saturday evening to help fix an emergency for me. Not many (if any) other dentists would do that. Iam very grateful for his help and will recommend him to anyone who asks about dentists 🙏
